Worktables made out of many different types of cross section Aluminium pro files
incorporate the common option of high degree of modularity for adjusting the heights
of the shelves, bin holders, electrical panels, network bus bars and other accessories
to make the worktables flexible enough to keep up with the changes in the processes
(manufacturing or testing).

The tables are available as stand alone, continuous linked tables and Back-to- Back
(dual sided) versions help to plan for a customised workplace for custom ers.

The tables incorporate melamine formaldehyde based impregnated ESD Laminates which
are permanently static dissipative and can be grounded to ESD Earth to transfer safely
all the static charges on the worksurface. These lami nates are available in many
different colours to match the aesthetics of the facility.

PIPE BASED
The new innovative furniture system that uses MS pipes to make worktables, trolleys,
shelves etc is easy to build, quick to modify and can suit a variety of applications.
A large set of accessories are available so that the worktables can be made in many
dimensions and add on any functionalities to the system.
This system is also cost effective and is ideal for various industries such as contract
manufacturing industries, mobile phone manufacturing, automotive industries etc.
Customers can choose to buy built up work tables or buy the pipes along with the
accessories to make systems as per their requirements.
The pipes are also available in conductive variety and hence are ESD safe.
Vera JS
ELME introduces the newly designed VERA JS, the new state-of-the-art ESD chair with
a larger and more comfortable backrest for additional back protection, wider seat
with new cushioning, choice of armrests fixed or adjustable, protected and larger
(more stable) polished aluminium base. VERA JS provides continuous and safe drainage
of static charges to ground into E.P.A. meeting requirements of ESD std. IEC 61340-5-1.
Lined with the special soft, strong & durable flame-resistant ESD fabric, these
chairs are comfortable and ergonomic for extended usage into ESD safe production
plants. Two heights available, choice of feet or wheels.

and in process inventory in clean manufacturing facilities.
The system is available in Stainless Steel and MS Chrome plated varieties.
Stainless Steel SS 304 variety is most suitable for stringent Cleanroom require
ments of Class 1000, Class 100 and Class 10 while Chrome plated MS shelves can be
used in conditions of lesser cleanliness requirements.
The supporting poles and shelves are strong and can bear large loads.
Air circulation through the wire shelves prevents accumulation of dirt.
Ability to fit wheels makes the system more versatile.
The shelves are adjustable along the height of the supporting poles and are locked
in place on the poles using special Plastic or Aluminium Sleeves. The shelves can
also be fitted with wheels for easy movement.
