ESD PU coated Palm Fit Gloves

These are nylon gloves with PU coating on the fingers and palm to provide an antislip property and greater durability for long term use. These gloves also provide moderate protection to operator hands from sharp objects on the electronics assemblies. Alternatively, gloves with PU coating only on the finger tips are also available. Available in 3 sizes Small, Medium and Large.

ESD Shoe cover with conductive strip

Non Woven Disposable ESD Shoe Covers with conductive strip can be used in ESD Protected Areas (EPA) to prevent the dust on the shoes from contaminating the area and ground personnel; to minimize human body discharges to ESD sensitive devices. The shoe cover should be worn on the shoe and the conductive strip inserted into the shoe for efficient grounding path to static conductive / dissipative floor. The shoe cover also has a slip resistant coating to minimize users from slipping on wet floors.

CPE Shoe Cover:

Made of PE material and used to keep out dust from shoes in clean areas. One size fits all and is disposable after one time use.

Made of ESD Safe Polyester cloth with conductive Grid and sole made of ESD safe PVC leather.

Has a point for connecting to ground.

ESD Clothing , Coats etc..

ESD safe clothing is made using Fabric consisting of 96% Polyester and 4% conductive fibers can be supplied in many different forms such as knee length coats, aprons, caps, pants, booties and bunny suits. The fabric is compatible in cleanrooms as well. The apparel is stitched together using a conductive silver impergnated thread to ensure lifelong conductivity. The apparel is stitched in standard sizes-Small S, Medium M, Large L and Extra Large XL sizes. The garments can also be stitched as per customer specifications incorporating pockets, logos and other features to suit different requirements of the operators. ESD PU sandals with Velcro strap

The sole is made of PolyUrethane (PU) – long lasting and non contaminating material. Designed for use in electronic shop floor with conductive flooring. ESD Sandal with Velcro fastener comes in a popular unisex design. The Sandal sole is specially designed for Anti Skid & Anti Slip property to ensure operator safety. A comfortable sole for heel and toes keeps the operator fatigue free during standing operations.

ESD PVC Shoes FT-01

ESD Shoes help to drain away static from the operators to ground and are used in applications where operators perform standing operations or have to move around the factory shop floor often. The ESD shoes have to be used in combination with ESD safe flooring. FT-01 model is both ESD and Cleanroom compatible at a very affordable price making it an ideal choice for manufacturing and laboratories in Electronics, Semicon, Hard Disk Drive and Pharma industries.

Adjustable Elastic Wrist strap

Wrist straps are the most basic of all ESD protection and are mandatory in all ESD Protected Areas. The adjustable Elastic Wrist strap has 2 parts i.e. a wrist band and a grounding cord. The wrist band is made with user friendly materials that are non-allergic without sharp corners and the grounding cord has built in current limiting 1 M OHM resistor for personnel safety. The wrist strap has been made keeping durability and cost effectiveness in mind. The wrist band can also be bought as a separate product

Metal Band Wrist Strap

ADJUSTABLE METAL WRISTBANDS Metal adjustable wristbands (jewelry-grade expandable stainless steel). Insulation with a 3-layer oven-baked coating. Extenders inter-connectable plastic clips designed to enable the operator to adjust the strap to any wrist size (5 clips each set). They give best comfort and there is no need to stock multiple sizes.

Heel Strap

Heel straps are used by ground operators who have mobile/standing operations to the conductive floor. The lace type heel straps are worn on the heel of the shoes and are conveniently held in place using a velcro fastener. The lace is inserted into the shoe for establishing contact with the body.

Disposable Heel Straps

•	Disposable heel grounders are bright yellow and will fit men as well as ladies shoes. ESD flooring is required for them to be effective.
•	Comfortable to wear.
•	Used by visitors in the EPA.
•	Yellow coloured for easy identification.
•	Quantity: 100 per bag (10 x 10 sheets).

ESD Shoes Fibre Toe & Safety stainless steel toe

These models are designed with an extra comfortable internal lining and heel shock absorption for long working days. Special ESD anti-slip soles, resistant to oil and fuel, ensure constant drainage of all static charges. The upper "Microsafe" breathable material provides comfort and flexibility. Both models are washable in washing machine at 30°C (rust proof eyelets). Available as white or black in all sizes. Sizes: 35 - 47 (2 - 12). The Black colour Stringa SS model meets EN 345 Std with safety stainless steel toe cap. All other models meet requirements of EN 347 Std.
