ORION NOzzle

The The orION has been designed for use in fixed applications on manufacturing lines, equipment and tool applications in the telecommunications, consumer electronics, semiconductor and medical device manufacturing industries.
The orION features high blow-off force capability combined with fast removal of electrostatic surface charge. Reliable balance stability is maintained at better than 0±15 Volts. An easily replaceable 0.01 micron particle filter is positioned at the nozzle air exit to provide the highest confidence that clean air is delivered to sensitive product.
An optional foot switch is available to activate the orION nozzle. The switch conects to the power supply, and when depressed, activates both airflow and power to the ion emitter assembly.

FMX-003 Electrostatic Field Meter

SIMCO's Model FMX-003 Electrostatic Fieldmeter is a compact, portable survey instrument for measuring electrostatic charge. The FMX-003 measures positive and negative polarity electrostatic charges to 20 kV (20,000 V) at a distance of one inch (25 mm). Results are simultaneously displayed numerically and in bar graph format. POWER on/off, ZERO adjustment, Ion Balance (IB) and HOLD are all push button operations.
Two LED guide ring lights on the measuring side of the unit converge at the proper distance from a test object. The conductive case and ground snap facilitate grounding for accurate measurement. The circuitry of the FMX-003 has been designed to make measurements in areas using air ionization.

Top Gun

Balanced to 0±15V, the Top Gun features high blow-off force to provide efficient cleaning and rapid static charge decay. A 0.01 micron filter at the exit of the gun ensures the air is clean. The gun body is lightweight but durable. It features a light-touch trigger, making it comfortable even for extended use. All functionality is built into the gun: a flow control valve, balance adjustment for calibration, and a two level LED which indicates both power and ionization. The gun and cable are static dissipative. A hanger is provided for easy mounting.

Charge applicators

Chargemaster CM supplies the high voltage for charging bars and various applicators, which are used to temporarily bond materials together, providing a simple and economical solution for a wide range of production processes.

There are three major advantages this technology offers the user:

•	Ensures that the voltage output from the power supply is equal to the voltage programmed via the controls
•	Ensures that fluctuations on the AC input line will not affect the Voltage output
•	Variances in load, up to the recommended maximum, do not affect the voltage output

Additional circuitry controls the duty cycle of an arcing condition, ensuring that little energy is created during accidental contact or arcing, preventing personnel injury and equipment damage.

Magnum force

The Magnum Force Ionizing Air Knife System is designed for easy configuration into large halo systems for automotive and truck body cleaning prior to painting.

MEB Static Bar

SIMCO’s newly-enhanced MEB static bar is a very efficient and very versatile static eliminator used in a wide variety of applications. Enhancements include increased ion output for more effective performance and rugged stainless steel construction. The MEB Static Control Bar is a favorite of machine builders because, its small size allows it to fit easily in tight spaces. The MEB bar is UL approved. The MEB requires a 7kV power supply for operation, which must be ordered separately (see below).

HBA Gun

HBA Ionising Air Gun adopts AC Ionization Technology, providing the best electrostatic protection against ESD damage and ESA contamination on products.

Description:
HBA Gun – together with suitable power, it can supply and quickly neutralize electrostatic charge generated on product surface so as to prevent the contamination problem and assure the product quality.

For general user, HA-4W should be used with.

To have the feature of auto-off at spark or fault detection, Power Unit 4 is recommended. It can also have ion-balance adjustment.

PerforMAX 3 Static Control System

The NEW PerforMAX 3 is capable of neutralizing charged materials travelling up to 2,500 feet per minute, and faster depending on conditions.

The PerforMAX3 system is available in three configurations that increase the system’s capability for complete monitored static control regardless of the environment:

•	Standard System, Remote Monitoring and Control of ionization performance, clean bar, system fault indicators, along with remote on/off control capability.
•	Computer Interface for remote computer monitoring and data Acquisition.
•	Hazardous Location (HL) System is UL approved for Classes I, II And III environments.

HS Static control nozzle

HS Nozzles are “shockless”. The term shockless indicates that the ionizing point, located inside the nozzle tip, is capacitively coupled to the high voltage source, limiting the current at the point to a very low level. Under normal conditions, direct contact with the point will not result in a shock sensation. HS Nozzles can be installed individually, in series or mounted on a standard air header bar.

Room Ionizer Systems

Gemini Profile is a high performance, area ionization system designed to control electrostatic charge. It exceeds the most demanding application requirements of the semiconductor industry. Profile emitter modules are ceiling mounted and arrayed to provide uninterrupted coverage of the space below. These bi-polar emitter modules are then linked to one or more Gemini controllers via RS-485 communications. Operating parameters of each emitter module can be universally or independently set from the systems. Gemini controller, or adjusted via hand-held transmitter from the floor below the emitter.
