The flooring tiles are compressed ESD Vinyl based tiles available in both conductive and static dissipative properties. The manufacturing technology ensures that the tiles remain conductive permanently and also incorporate very good mechanical properties, abrasion resistance, indentation resistance and chemical resistance. The tiles have a low content of Plasticisers and the following are the advantages of low content of plasticisers:

In contrast, the conventional calendered sheets have a high content of plasticisers - almost 35-40% which compromises heavily on the above advantages. The compressed Vinyl Flooring Tiles are made by heat pressing; vinyl chips coated with conductive ink into a large mould. The tiles are then sliced off from the block and tempered in an oven. Finally the top and the bottom surface are finished suitably and cut to the required sizes.

ESD paint (Stopur KV)
StoPur KV is a pigmented, a 2-component, UV stable and PU resin sealing paint used for interior floor coating application made by Stocretec, Germany. This ESD Paint has the following characteristics:

Can be used on industrial floor to get a ESD Floor coating which is compliant to all International ESD norms.

Easy to apply and very short downtime of the factory shop floor. Can be carried out by the factory personnel themselves using simple tools (DIY).

Has horizontal conductivity and can be easily grounded.

UZIN NC 145
Self-levelling cement smoothing compound for levelling and smoothing of interior surfaces. Especially suitable for:

Standard smoothing work and normal wear in domestic and light commercial location.

Use on underfloor heating systems and for castor-resistance according DIN EN 15 259.
•
Producing level, fully prepared surfaces with good absorbency for textile and PVC floor coverings.
•
Use on cement screeds.
•
Use on existing surfaces with well-bonding residues of adhesive and smoothing compound.

Plasticised dry cement mortar with finely graded fillers. When mixed with water, produces a hydraulic-setting smoothing compound with good flow properties and high coverage.
